- Tickets
- Is entry to CLYMB™ Abu Dhabi free?Entry to CLYMB Abu Dhabi for spectators is free, subject to availability and at the discretion of CLYMB staff. For indoor skydiving and climbing experiences, you’ll need to purchase a ticket. Buy your ticket now.
- Is there parking?Parking is free and nearby to the entrance of the Attraction. Go to Overview page for details.
- What time should I arrive at the Attraction?For indoor skydiving, you’ll need to arrive and check-in at reception 1 hour before your actual flight time Failure to arrive at this time will result in you missing your flight session, with no refund. For indoor climbing, you’ll need to arrive and check-in at reception 30 mins before your experience. Failure to arrive at this time will result in you missing your climbing session with no refund.
- What do I do when I arrive at the Attraction?Upon your arrival, kindly check in at reception where one of our friendly CLYMB staff will welcome you to our facility. Our instructors will then guide you throughout your experience.
- Is there an age limit for indoor skydiving and climbing?You can be as young as 3 years old to participate in Indoor Skydiving and 4 years or above for climbing. Children under 18 years of age need to have a legal guardian to sign their waiver.
- Can I watch my child climb?A ticket must be purchased to watch your child climb.
- What should I wear for indoor climbing?Appropriate sports attire or similar loose fitting clothing. You will also need to wear climbing shoes, helmet, harness, and other climbing equipment which will be provided to you prior to your climbing experience.
- Who can climb?
Climbers as young as 4 years old are welcome to experience indoor climbing. There are however a few exceptions:
- You haven’t had any recent surgery;
- The climbing weight limit is a minimum 15 kg – max 115 kg. The participant must fit in the harness/equipment to be able to participate in the activity as per instructor’s discretion;
- Admission is not granted on the basis of previous Admission.
- If you have a history of neck, back or heart problems, you must seek a doctor’s clearance before participating;
- You are not pregnant;
- You are not wearing any hard cast;
- You don’t have epilepsy;
- You haven’t had any recent surgeries/stitches;
- If you have any concerns or questions about whether or not you can climb, contact your local CLYMB team. A Climb Waiver, which contains further details, must be signed before your experience.
- Can I skydive with friends/family at the same time?First time flyers can only fly one at a time and will be under supervision at all times by one of our friendly instructors. Only experienced skydivers or experienced tunnel flyers may fly together after obtaining approval to do so by the CLYMB team.
- What should I wear for indoor skydiving?Comfortable sportswear without a collar. You will also need to put on a flight suit over your clothes, wear a helmet, goggles and earplugs which will be provided to you prior your flight.
- Who can fly?
Flyers are as young as 3 years old are welcome to experience indoor skydiving. There is no upper age limit .There are however a few exceptions:
- If you have a history of neck, back or heart problems, you must seek a doctor’s clearance before participating;
- A weight limit of 115 kg applies to indoor sky diving experiences. If a person flying is greater than 115kg, it is up to the Instructors discretion whether that person can fly. Certain circumstances will allow this (for example +115kg and over 6’ 5” tall);
- Admission is not granted on the basis of previous Admission.
- You are not pregnant;
- You are not wearing any hard cast;
- You don’t have severe epilepsy ( Guests with differing degrees of Epilepsy can fly in certain circumstances. Please call us for details);
- You haven’t had any recent surgeries/stitches;
- If you have any concerns or questions about whether or not you can fly, contact your local CLYMB team. A Flight Waiver, which contains further details, must be signed before your experience.

- Do tickets have use-by dates or are they valid indefinitely?
- For indoor skydiving, first time flyer tickets are all dated tickets and are valid only on the specified date and time slot. Tickets for Indoor Skydiving expire 9 months from purchase. Please note, Indoor Skydiving tickets must be FLOWN by the expiry date.
- For pro flyers, the purchased flights are valid for 9 months from date of purchase. Please note, Pro Flyer flights must be flown by this 9 month date.
- For indoor climbing and combo packages, tickets are dated and are valid only on the specified date and time slots.
- What do I do if I encounter a problem when buying online?For inquiries related to online ticketing please contact us at +971 600 511115, or contact@yasconcierge.com.
- Are refunds possible?Refunds are not possible for all purchases.
- How do I receive my tickets when I buy online?
- You will receive your print-at-home ticket(s) via email or you can download them from the purchase confirmation page.
- You can also access your tickets at any time using your YAS ID profile.
- For convenience you can download and save your etickets in your online wallet (IOS only) ready to scan at the turnstiles on arrival.
- You have an option to SAVE to WALLET on your confirmation email and on your confirmation page. This will store in your ticket on the smartphone wallet for easy access.
- What security is in place for online purchases?We use secure third-party payment providers and VeriSign SSL encryption. We also do not store your payment information.
- How do I receive my tickets when I buy online?You will receive your print-at-home ticket(s) via email. You can also generate a PDF version of your ticket(s) on the purchase confirmation page.
- Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?Yes. You can upgrade your ticket at the Attraction if availability permits it.
- I’ve made a mistake with my ticket order. What can I do?Please contact our Yas Concierge team on +971 600511115 who will work out what happened and how to fix it.
